Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be dispatched within 48 hours from completion of payment. For multiple orders dispatch time may vary according to availability of stock.
Please note orders are dispatched between Mon-Fri, deliveries will be made between Mon-Fri 7am – 5pm.
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please be aware that orders to delivery addresses other than billing (registered card holder) address will not be processed for security reasons.
There will be an additional charge of £25 for orders that require a specialist delivery. Items requiring specialist delivery are large furniture items, glass dining tables. (Only one £25 charge will be applied per order)
Wherever possible we try to recycle packaging. This will on occasion mean that the packaging in which you receive your order may not represent the contents. If you feel that you may have received the wrong item(s) please check the contents of your parcel before contacting Customer Care.
Most products are generally delivered by courier or post. Larger items will be delivered by parcelforce/DHL. Smaller items will be delivered by Royal Mail. Standard delivery times will be notified in the conformation of order.
If your product is to be delivered by courier, you may be given the option of choosing a premium delivery service for a small extra charge during the order process. Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won´t incur additional delivery charges as a result.
Delivery times are calculated in working days – i.e. Monday to Friday inclusive (but excluding Bank Holidays). If you order after 12.00pm, please calculate your delivery time as if your order had been placed the following working day.
Standard courier deliveries will normally take 2 – 3 working days to be delivered (to be safe, please allow a little extra during busy sales periods). You will receive an email when your delivery is dispatched.
Standard courier deliveries are usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for. If you are out when the courier arrives, the courier will leave a card with a contact number for you to call.
Express Delivery (next working day) is usually made between 9am and 5pm. All deliveries must be signed for.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it, then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 14 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 14 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers. (The Distance Selling Regulations do not apply to @work customers or our Business customers)
Free Delivery will be entitled to a customer when the purchase is over £50 (for UK only).
